I HAVE MEMORIES OF MY OWN

My life started to change when I gave birth my youngest son Daniel; I started to live in peace and had a new life as a single parent. Everything I do and even all my plans, God is always a part of it because I have placed him at the centre of my life, unlike before I would really be bothered whenever I was faced with the problem. Now I just smile and tell myself that is God knocking at my door to keep me awake. I began to consider trials, pains and obstacles as blessings. There are times though that I find it hard to struggle, but I just lift up them up to the Lord because, I am sure he is always there for me. My son Daniel has grown up in the Church Community. Every one in St. Jerome's Love’s him. I am glad and say thanks to every one whom supporting us. The chinese and English Community and especially to the Parish Priest, from  the Caritas Family Services and from the Chinese Community.

Someone's been playing with your heart,

You need a friend, who'll take your part,

Your faith is lost; your hope is gone,

Yes, you need help to carry on.

Your teardrops I can understand

And I would like to lend a hand.

I know I'll winds for you have blown,

Yet, I have memories of my own.

I'd like to lift your spirits high,

Provide a shoulder when you cry,

But I am just a rolling stone

And I have memories of my own.

Your broken heart I'd love to mend,

I'll surely be a trusted friend.

No one should suffer so alone

But I have memories of my own.

But I have memories of my own,

My Only Love has colder grown,

And I am hurting to the bone

For I have memories of my own.

Your every pain I too have known

Yes, I have memories of my own.
